Mr. William Wayne Rivers
Funeral services for Mr. William Wayne Rivers will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2018, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
Mr. Rivers, age 82, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Hickman County, TN to the late John and Nellie Rivers. Mr. Rivers served in the U.S. Army where he was a Military Policeman and was retired from Emerson Electric in Humboldt.
He is survived by his son, Steven Andrew Rivers; step-children, Allen Austin, Debbie Jones; brother-in-law, Dean Phillips; sister, Marie Isbell; six grandchildren.
Visitation with the Rivers family will be held Monday, December 10, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and on Tuesday from 12 p.m. until service time.
