Mrs. Nancy Chambliss
Mrs. Nancy Chambliss, age 82, passed away May 23, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare-Regional of Jackson.
She was born in Luton, England to the late Thomas F. Gilbert and Gladys Stonebridge Gilbert. Mrs. Chambliss came to the United States when she met her husband, Joseph Alvis Chambliss, who was serving in the military. Mrs. Chambliss made her home in Medina.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Nancy Tews; grandson, Joey Chambliss.
She is survived by her sons, Tom Chambliss (Patricia), Joe Chambliss (Renee); daughter, Jackie Chambliss, and many grandchildren.
A private memorial service was held Thursday, May 25, 2017.
