Kenneth Garland Carter

Memorial services and Masonic Rites for Mr. Kenneth Garland Carter, age 71, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home, with Bro. Kenny Perry officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Mr. Carter passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Born in Humboldt, Tennessee, Kenneth was the son of the late Garland E. Carter and Alma Lou (Doyle) Carter. He worked in industrial maintenance before his retirement and was a devoted member of Humboldt Masonic Lodge #202.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Ronnie West.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Vickie Carol (Buchanan) Carter; sons, Matthew Lynn Carter (Heather) and Michael Lee Carter (Alicia); his sisters, Barbara Sampson and Nancy West; and five cherished grandchildren—Hayden, Lauren, Ruby, Julie, and Joseph Carter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
