James Stevan Reece

Funeral services for Mr. James Stevan “Jimmie” Reece will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home, with Rev. Tim Sanderson officiating. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Visitation with the Reece family will be held on Tuesday evening, September 24, 2024, from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home, and again on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time.

 Mr. Reece, 80, passed away Friday evening, September 20, 2024, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

 Born in Brownsville, TN, he was the son of the late James W. Reece and Wilmuth (Holder) Reece. Jimmie was owner/operator of Reece Tire.

 He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Vickie (Reece) Hill; son, John Lewis.

 Jimmie is survived by his wife of 27 years, Cindy (Hilliard) Reece; sons, Andy Reece and wife April, Jacob Reece and wife Seneca, Bruce Butler; daughters, Ginger Schutz, Sara Butler; as well as 20 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
