Ila Gwendolyn Blackburn

Funeral services for Ms. Ila Gwendolyn Blackburn will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2024, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Tim Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Springs Cemetery in Medon. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 4 until 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Ms. Blackburn, 79, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at her home in Humboldt.

She was born in Carroll County, TN to the late Lennie and Mildred Gertrude (Carter) Sutton.

Ila was preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Thomas Blackburn, 2nd husband, Jerry Bingham; siblings, Billy Wayne Sutton, Jacquetta Greer, and Mary Sutton.

She is survived by her children, Danny McGill, Angela McGill Williamson, Tina Maher, Renee Bingham, Tabitha Bingham, Jenny Eschbach; brother, Lennie Gwen Sutton; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Joshua, Kirby, Monica, Conner, Hayden, Blake, Aiden; great-grandchildren, Parker, Sophia, Makayla, Matthew, Jaxon, Rebecca, Mary, and Madison.

The family request that flowers being sent are artificial so that the gift and her memory may be longer lasting.
