Graveside services for Mr. Freddy Leon Jones will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at Hollywood Cemetery with Bro. Mike Sellers officiating. Visitation with the family will be held prior from 11-12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Jones, 67, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Jackson, TN to the late Chimus King Jones and Julie Melverda (Cox) Jones. Freddy was a retired truck driver. He was a veteran of the TN National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchild, Ben Burgess, II; siblings, Bobby, Buddy, Tommy, Lisa, Peggy, Frances, Linda, Joyce, Teresa.
Freddy is survived by his children, Allen Jones, Alisha Jones, Erica Jones; grandchildren, Ashley Putman, Chelsea Jones, Jeffery Burgess, Liam Goodson, Whitley Knolton; great-grandchildren, Callie Putman, CJ Putman; sisters, Susie Neal and Martha Love.
