Deborah passed from this life on December 21, 2021, after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, J. L. Scott and Margaret (Elliott) Baker; daughter, Tina Brown; son, Tommy Hill, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Steven Cathey; daughter, Lisa Butler; grandchildren, Amanda Cathey, Ashley Hutson (Brian), Maegan Campbell (Rory), Delaney Brown; great-grandchildren, Owen Cathey, Skylar Cathey, Neyland Flowers, Reese Flowers, Elizabeth Flowers, Roman Hutson, Bishop Hutson, Theia Hutson.

Due to the current increase in COVID, there will be a private memorial for immediate family. The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
