Christopher Richmon Sampson

Medina, TN - Funeral services for Mr. Christopher Sampson, age 57, will be held at 7 pm Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in the Moonshadow Barn at Peaceful Oaks Bed & Breakfast. Visitation will be held from 4 until 7 pm prior at Moonshadow Barn.

Mr. Sampson died Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Tennova Regional Hospital of Jackson.

He was from Peterborugh, Ontario, Canada, son of the late William Murney and Nettie Doris O’brian Sampson. Chris moved to the U.S. in 1986. Mr. Sampson was employed at Berry Plastics in Jackson, TN and was owner of Peaceful Oaks Bed & Breakfast in Medina which he built and was welcoming to all guest.

Chris was a devoted husband to his wife Johnnie Sue Hodges Sampson.

He is survived by his wife; children, John Robert Palmer and wife Jessica, Matthew Shepard Palmer and wife Mitzi; his loving grandchildren whom he adored, Alexis, Ethan, Gideon, Avery, Violet.

Chris was always willing to help out family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.

Burial will be in Montgomery, AL .
