Charles Thomas McCollum

Mr. Charles Thomas McCollum, 89, of Humboldt, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Charles was born October 4, 1934, to the late Haskell and Mary Lou (Blankenship) McCollum.  Charles was a proud veteran having served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.  He retired from BancorpSouth Bank in Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, Jerry Dean McCollum.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Judy Ann (Brasfield) McCollum; son, Brad Hamilton McCollum (Mary Elizabeth); and granddaughter, Rachel Ann McCollum.

A private graveside service will be held with burial in Antioch Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the charity of choice.
