Allie Christeene Fly passed away from this life on June 18, 2016 at Morningside Assisted Living in Jackson, TN.
She was 89 years old.
She was born May 14, 1927. She was preceded in death by her parents Vester and Vernie Deere, her brother Paul Deere, her sister Alene Fesmire, and her husband Billy Fly.
She worked at Ben Franklin Dime Store, Hosiery Mill and the Milan Army Ammunition Plant, where she retired in 1974.
She was a faithful Christian who attended Medina Church of Christ and loved her church family very much.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her grandsons adopted the name Momma Chris for her and she was fondly called this by everyone.
She is survived by her daughter Charlotte Walker (Dennis), grandsons, Charles Walker, Patrick Walker (Shannon); great-grandson, Hudson.
We were so blessed to have her for so many years.
Visitation will be from 9 am until 2 pm Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Ben Holt and Chris Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
