Graveside services for Ms. Shelby Jean Blakely will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at Antioch Cemetery with Kenny Perry officiating.

Ms. Blakely, 84, passed away at her home in Clifton, TN on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

She was born in Madison County, TN to the late Brodie H. Terry and Zudie (Barnett) Terry.

Shelby was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Odell Blakely.

She is survived by her son, Charles Plunkett and wife Jeanette; grandchildren, Kristin Plunkett, Kaitlyn Plunkett, Richard Perez; and 7 great-grandchildren.
