Funeral services for Ms. Pamela Jo Martin, 60, will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior from 12 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Ms. Martin died Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was born in Gary, Indiana to the late Tommy E. LaFoy and Mary Ellen (Toxey) Warren.

Pam is survived by her husband, Jack Casey; sons, Michael Warren, Jason Conner, Jack Lee Carter; step-brothers, Ronnie Warren (Candy) and Bobby Warren (Karie); 1 step-sister; grandchildren, Jasmine Warren, Joy Warren, Gunnar Lee Carter.
