Funeral services for Mr. Jan Dean "JD" Sharp will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at New Hopewell Church of Medina with Pastor Steven Fonville officiating. Visitation will be held prior from 11 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mr. Sharp, 68, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at his home in Milan surrounded by his family.

He was born in Aurora, IL, to the late Donald W. Sharp and Marjorie Ann (Stroehlein) Sharp. JD was retired from Monogram Refrigeration in Selmer, TN.

JD is survived by his wife, Evelyn Kaye (Brooks) Sharp; children, Jason Sharp and wife Jessica, Eric Sharp and wife Lori, Andrew Sharp and wife Erin; sister, Donna Davidson and husband Tom; eight grandchildren, Kayla Grace Craig and husband Tim, Ella Claire Sharp, Jaxon Sharp, Eli Sharp, McKenzie Sharp, Ava Kee Sharp, Anderson Sharp, Ady Mae Sharp.
